to gain the ICGT Certificate.The Foundation Course contains the Core Curriculum
of ACHO, but as a correspondence course is not endorsed by ACHO, but stands in its own merit.
The Course:
The Foundation Correspondence Course is divided into eight modules,
representing 1-5 of the tutored course, plus Anatomy & Physiology.

'The Illustrated Elements of Crystal Healing' by Simon Lilly, published
by Harper Collins, £8.99 ISBN 0-00-713387-1 this is sent as part of
the Foundation Correspondence Course

Module 8 Anatomy and Physiology
- A homestudy course is available equivalent to 35 hours tutor-hours or
ICGT accepts evidence of prior learning e.g. ITEC, VTCT, FHT, APNT, 'O'/A level Human Biology etc
Students who are already practitioners will need to ensure they are covered through their current insurers for their case history work. Other students are will need to acquire 'Student Insurance' from Holistic Insurance Services to cover themselves for their case histories (around £35 pa).
ICGT Foundation awards are given on successful completion of the Foundation Course.
When the practical work has been assessed by Simon, Sue or one of ICGT's tutors, an ICGT Certificate is awarded which will give access to full insurance cover.
Fees A registration fee of £25 is due
on completion of the course application. Each Foundation Module costs
£40.
When Module 1 is complete, the fee for Module 2 is sent in with
the work for Module 1. You can pay for the whole course at the beginning,
but each module will only be released on the completion of the one before.
The total cost of the Foundation Course is £380
which includes Module 8 (A&P) costing £75, if required
The practical assessment for UK Students
to upgrade the Foundation Course to Certificate level is £45-£80.
Please Note If you opt for the practical assessment, you have a further option to register with the Open College Network to have your coursework externally verified and certificated (6 units at level 3)- fee £115
Non-UK Students have the option of completing 2 further modules to upgrade to the Certificate.
