Correspondence/Online Crystal Therapy
The Correspondence/Online Crystal Course contains the Core Curriculum of ACHO, and is available to anyone in the UK and beyond.
The Course:
The Correspondence Course is divided into eight modules, representing 1-5 of the tutored course, plus Anatomy & Physiology.
This course is based on the book: 'The Illustrated Elements of Crystal Healing' by Simon Lilly,
published by Harper Collins, £8.99 ISBN 0-00-713387-1
Each module can be completed by email
On completion of the eight modules a Crystal Therapy Correspondence Certificate will be issued.
UK Students can complete a practical assessment by one of ICGT's tutors to gain the ICGT Practitioner Certificate.
NON-UK Students can complete a practical assessment or two further modules to gain the ICGT Practitioner Certificate.
*Students from Kuwait/Bahrain/Qatar/UAE/Singapore/South Africa will have ongoing practical assessments through tutorials.
The Modules
Module 1 - Scientific BackgroundCrystal systems; Crystal structures; Formation of crystals; Basic geological theory.
Module 2 - The Basics Choosing crystals; Cleansing crystals; Simple crystal layouts.
Module 3 - Personal Development Developing personal sensitivity; Attunement; Visualisations; Pendulum dowsing.
Module 4 - Chakras
Chakra theory; Chakra correspondences; Assessment; Chakra layouts
Module 5 - Meridians and Subtle Bodies
Meridians; Subtle bodies; Specific crystal techniques for healing these.
Module 6 - Protection and Support Maintaining personal energy integrity; Strategies for action; Environmental and geopathic stress.
Module 7 - Practicalities of Healing
Healing management; Distant Healing; Health & Safety; Code of Conduct
Module 8 - Anatomy and Physiology
A homestudy course is available equivalent to 35 hours tutor-hours or
ICGT accepts evidence of prior learning e.g. ITEC, VTCT, FHT, APNT, 'O'/A level Human Biology etc
Modules 9 & 10 These are for non-UK, non-MENA students
Practical Assessment for UK Students
The practical assessment is carried out by an ICGT tutor or a suitably qualified person designated by ICGT.The assessment takes up to a day and comprises an oral section, covering the topics from the course and a practical assessment covering the techniques covered by the course.
This also provides an opportunity for the student to ask for advice and guidance on the practicalities of working with crystals.
The cost of this assessment will vary, but is usually in the region of £ 80 - £ 100.
Practical Assessment for Non-UK Students
This can be arranged at the end of 8 Modules or through Modules 9 & 10.Practical Assessment for Kuwait, Bahrain, MENA, Singapore & South Africa Students
Mandatory practical tutorials are provided by Julie Lomas of Conscious Connections.Julie will contact students when they begin working on Module 2 to arrange dates to suit.
There will be a charge for these tutorials, payment being made direct to 'Conscious Connections'.
Costs and Registration
FeesA registration fee of £ 25 is due on completion of the course application.
Each Module costs £ 40.
When Module 1 is complete, the fee for Module 2 is sent in with the work for Module 1.
You can pay for the whole course at the beginning, but each module will only be released on the completion of the one before.
The total cost of the Correspondence Course is £ 380 which includes Module 8 (A&P) costing £ 75, if required
(Kuwait/Bahrain/MENA/Singapore/South Africa students pay 5GBP less, but the online shop charges 5GBP for non-EU orders)
UK Students will need to obtain insurance to complete their case histories - approx. cost £35 from 'Holistic Insurance Services'.
