Sue has been working with essences since the 1970’s when she discovered they helped the everyday traumas of her young family and studying astrology and practising yoga kept her sane during these early years. Colour healing, crystals and Health Kinesiology were later added, leading to a wide-range of skills in the use of energy for healing.

Starting with yoga in 1979, Sue has taught what she has learned, drawing on others areas as time has gone on. She now also writes and with Simon has had over thirty books published on a wide range of topics.

Her formal qualifications include a Certificate in Education from the University of Plymouth, and holds Membership of the IfL; is the Secretary of BAFEP The British Association of Flower Essence Producers (BAFEP), and is a Life-President of the Affiliation of Crystal Healing Organisations (ACHO).
