Sue Lilly has developed these courses in recognition that the way we live our lives makes it hard for us to pursue spiritual quests and follow our hearts.

These courses are offered as a means whereby we may be able to start to embrace our own spiritual pathway.

By seeing the spiritual within ourselves, rather than seeing it as something inaccessible and difficult to reach, we can begin to heal some of the fundamental schisms in our being.

One of the most significant steps in this process is to become more comfortable in our relationship with the Earth and with the natural cycles of Nature.

Separation from these relationships causes weakness, leads to a loss of respect for the planet and prevents us from accessing its nurturing energies.




The Red Dragon Spiral initiation is based on a lunar pattern and is divided into thirteen (13) sections covering the thirteen full moons of a calendar year.
Each section is designed to give you the tools to release and develop potential skills that have become trapped, freeing energy from this lifetime and from other lives.
It naturally harmonises personal energy to the core of the Earth's energies and particularly the natural ebb and flow of the waters of the Earth.
The thirteen sections of the course can be followed in order over a period of a year. The starting point can be any part in the cycle, at the beginning of next Full Moon spiral. Alternatively the student may decide to focus on a selected section at the relevant Full Moon.
Each section comes with an essence and an information book to guide you through the process.
The sections cover the emotional qualities of each Full Moon, exploring both the positive and negative aspects to provide an opportunity for resolution.
(The personal sun or star sign of the student has no relevance in this context)

The Blue Dragon Spiral initiation follows a solar pattern divided into eight sections.
Each section reveals the patterns of relationship between the Earth and the Sun.
It is designed to help us to safely manifest new pathways for personal growth and to establish a link to the core of earth energy and the natural yearly cycle of life.
Each section uses essences and recorded visualisations to reveal qualities necessary for personal guidance and reflection. The eight (8) sections of the Blue Dragon Spirals can be followed in sequence over the year, starting at any point or alternatively the student may decide to focus on a selected section.

Spring Equinox:Self reflection, learning from old behaviour patterns, renewal, focus of practical skills, freedom of expression, inner wisdom

Beltane: Relationships, appreciation, removal of deep hurts, development of practical artistry

Summer Solstice: Compassion, inner security, flexibility, enjoyment of life, relaxation

Lammas: Creation of anything new, transforming energy, planning, ancestral traditions, underlying communication

Autumn Equinox: Strength to observe and not act, new beginnings, integration of inner communication

Samhain,All Hallows: Intense healing, protection, grounding, drawing on past knowledge

Winter Solstice: Understanding own emotions, drives and beliefs, balanced perspective

Imbolc: Expression of hidden skills, removing blocks to progress, bringing dreams into reality

The White Dragon Spiral initiation follows a pilgrimage journey to ancient and sacred sites in the Boyne Valley in Ireland.

The nine stations on this journey are also linked with colours and with the first nine runes of the Elder Futhark, ending in "Haegel/Hail", transformation.

The essences used on this journey are environmental essences from the sacred sites mixed with water from the sacred Dragon spring from Mt Kurama in Japan, where Dr Usui received the original Reiki symbols.
